Chinmaya Mission Delhi in continuation of its Chinmaya Prem Dhara project distributed Ration to approximately 21 needy, marginalized widows on 4^th October 2017.

Swami Prakarshananda blessed the assembled widows and shared some thoughts on the oncoming festival of light. He said, “Diwali is the festival of sharing the happiness and light”.

Further Swamiji said, “We can see the physical world through our eyes but are unable to see the mind which is subtle like the air. We are the sum total of our thoughts. We should therefore avoid negative thoughts and try to be positive and happy. Only when we are positive and happy will we be able to share and spread the virtues of love, affection, positivity and happiness”.
